And one of the starring benefits of that service is providing a loaner car without hassle and without demanding that the customer rent a loaner as with other brands. Just wanted to thank Todd Jones and Tom Cheers...they were great to work with and totally took care of me just as I wanted. Tom  even walked my dog for me while Todd and I wrangled over price. No high pressure sales, they actually listened to what I was saying and wanted and they respected my time and were very accommodating to me being a buyer from Truckee dealing with weather and distance to make this deal happen. I visited and talked with many dealers in California of Audi, BMW and Lexus and these guys were hands down the best and most comfortable to deal with.
